WAITER
MISSION:
- Offer a high-quality dining experience through attentive, professional and personalized service,
- while actively promoting additional products and maximizing the average ticket.
FUNCTIONS:
- Courteously escort guests to their tables after receiving the hostess, ensuring a smooth transition and creating a welcoming experience from the first contact.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately from table customers, ensuring each item is recorded correctly in the point of sale system.
- Promote additional products such as appetizers, drinks and desserts, in a way that enriches the customer experience and increases the average ticket.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the menu and special offers to make informed and accurate recommendations.
- Process payments and record all transactions accurately and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Complete secondary school (Essential)
- Graduate of the technical degree in Hospitality and Tourism (Desirable)
- Knowledge of restaurant systems.
- 6 months of experience in similar positions in the restaurant industry
- Advanced Intermediate English
COMPETENCES:
- Service protocols
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- BPM knowledge
